My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were nice and clean, although there were no tissues provided, only toilet paper. The check-in process involved being charged upfront, which seemed a bit inconvenient since I hadn't even seen the room or services yet. The location was facing the road, which was a downside for me.
The hotel is in a great location at the center of Saigon, near Ben Thanh market and a variety of restaurants and services. The rooms, although small, are clean and in good condition. The staff is pleasant and helpful, but there can be some noise disturbances. The dining experience leaves much to be desired with cold food and stale pastries. Overall, for the price and location, it's a decent choice in the heart of Saigon.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. However, being charged at check-in without seeing the room first wasn't ideal. The location was super convenient, with easy access to various amenities and attractions.
